Verkkokaupan rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste

Tämä on Sauna Animals ja Back to Nature -sisältöjä suunnittelevan Oy Power Animals United Ltd:n henkilötietolain (10 ja 24 §) ja EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen (GDPR) mukainen rekisteri- ja tietosuojaseloste. Laadittu 31.5.2021.

Henkilötietojen käyttötarkoitus

Rekisteriä käytetään Oy Power Animals United Ltd:n verkkokaupan asiakasrekisteriä varten. 
Asiakasrekisteriä käytetään mm. tilausten käsittelyä, laskutusta ja asiakkuuden hoitoa sekä asiakassuhteeseen liittyvää tiedottamista varten.

Rekisterin tietosisältö

Asiakasrekisteriin tallennetaan ne tiedot, jotka asiakas on antanut tilauksen yhteydessä. 
Pakollisia rekisteröitymistietoja tilauksen yhteydessä ovat nimitiedot, lähiosoite, postinumero, postitoimipaikka, matkapuhelinnumero ja sähköpostiosoite. Lisäksi rekisterissä säilytetään asiakkaan tilaushistoria.

Säännönmukaiset tietolähteet

Asiakas syöttää itse tiedot järjestelmään.

Säännönmukaiset tietojen luovutukset ja tietojen siirto EU:n tai Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelle

Asiakasrekisterin tietoja ei luovuteta ulkopuolisille.

Rekisterin suojaus

Asiakasrekisteriä saavat käyttää vain ne henkilöt, joiden toimenkuvan kannalta se on tarpeellista. Sähköinen rekisteri sijaitsee palvelimella. Rekisterin käyttö on suojattu käyttäjäkohtaisin tunnuksin, salasanoin sekä käyttöoikeuksin.

Tietojen tarkistus

Asiakkaalla on henkilötietolain mukainen oikeus tarkistaa rekisterissä olevat tietonsa. Asiakas on oikeutettu tarkistamaan rekisteritietonsa maksutta enintään kerran vuodessa. Jos asiakas haluaa tarkistaa tietonsa useammin, olemme oikeutetut perimään korvauksen tietojen antamisesta.

Muut henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvät oikeudet

Rekisterissä olevalla henkilöllä on oikeus pyytää häntä koskevien henkilötietojen poistamiseen rekisteristä (”oikeus tulla unohdetuksi”). Niin ikään rekisteröidyillä on muut EU:n yleisen tietosuoja-asetuksen mukaiset oikeudet kuten henkilötietojen käsittelyn rajoittaminen tietyissä tilanteissa. Pyynnöt tulee lähettää kirjallisesti rekisterinpitäjälle. Rekisterinpitäjä voi pyytää tarvittaessa pyynnön esittäjää todistamaan henkilöllisyytensä. Rekisterinpitäjä vastaa asiakkaalle EU:n tietosuoja-asetuksessa säädetyssä ajassa.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The register is used for Oy Power Animals United Ltd’s online store customer register. The customer register is used for processing orders, invoicing, customer service, and communication related to customer relationships.

Contents of the Register

The customer register stores the information provided by the customer during the order process. Required registration details during the order process include name, address, postal code, city, mobile phone number, and email address. The register also stores the customer’s order history.

The customer enters the information into the system themselves.

The customer register’s data is not disclosed to third parties.

Data Security

The customer register may only be accessed by individuals for whom it is necessary as part of their job. The electronic register is stored on a secure server. Access to the register is protected by user-specific credentials, passwords, and access rights.

Right to Access Data

Under the Personal Data Act, the customer has the right to check the information stored in the register. The customer is entitled to access their personal data free of charge once per year. If the customer wishes to check their data more frequently, we are entitled to charge a fee for providing the information.

Other Rights Related to Personal Data Processing

The individual registered has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests should be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may ask the requester to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time frame set by the EU data protection regulation.
